About the Organization and Role

Key Responsibilities
- Define and spearhead the strategic vision, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise application and digital product solutions that align with the organization's priorities.
- Provide leadership to enterprise application teams and the solution architecture function, fostering innovation, cooperation, and accountability.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of enterprise applications and digital products, from conception through implementation, adoption, support, and continuous enhancement.
- Lead design and architecture efforts for enterprise solutions utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and associated technologies.
- Oversee large-scale digital transformation and technology initiatives, ensuring successful execution within defined scope, budget, and deadlines.
- Establish frameworks for technology governance, risk management, security, compliance, and data privacy.
- Administer budgets, forecasting, resource allocation, and investment decisions to optimize organizational resource use.
- Maintain and nurture strategic vendor relationships, managing contracts and service agreements to ensure quality and value.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to steer decisions and ensure technology solutions support business goals.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to boost innovation, performance, and user experience.
Candidate Requirements
- A university degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields, or an equivalent blend of education and relevant experience.
- At least 12 years of progressive leadership experience in technology sectors including enterprise applications and digital products.
- Proven track record leading high-performing teams fostering collaboration, responsibility, and innovation.
- Extensive experience managing large technology programs and executing enterprise application deployments and digital transformations.
- In-depth expertise in Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem including ERP, CRM, Field Service, and Contact Centre.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, infrastructure, AI, data management, and IT operations.
- Experience with budget management, forecasting, and resource planning within complex organizations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, influence, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Dynamics, TOGAF, PMP are advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is a plus.
Working Conditions and Additional Information
- The position involves collaborating with diverse groups including managers, beneficiaries, volunteers, donors, and external partners, requiring functional English communication even if it is not the applicant’s first language.
- The role primarily involves office or remote work demanding intense focus, detailed analysis, and multitasking under tight deadlines.
