Role Details

This Senior Director position within Corporate Finance & Restructuring allows you to serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs while leading major engagements involving M&A, finance transformation, restructuring, and business improvement. The role uniquely blends deep finance expertise with AI, automation, and advanced analytics to help shape the evolution of finance departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and execute complex corporate finance and restructuring projects spanning the full lifecycle of deals and business activities.
  • Provide support for clients in M&A processes, due diligence, financial modelling, forecasting, capital raising, and deal execution.
  • Lead initiatives in finance transformation, operating model refinement, and enhancement of financial performance.
  • Offer counsel on restructuring strategies, cash flow management, working capital optimization, and business improvement programs.
  • Participate actively in business development efforts to expand the firm's client portfolio in Ireland and across the EMEA region.

Candidate Profile

  • A professionally certified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with over 10 years of experience in finance, consulting, or corporate finance disciplines.
  • Strong expertise in financial modelling, transaction support, finance transformation, or restructuring engagements.
  • Commercially astute with superior skills in stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • Experience with ERP systems, financial planning tools, or financial technology solutions is advantageous.
  • A passion for innovation, continuous process improvement, and integrating technology within finance operations.
