Based in Burlington, MA, our team follows a hybrid work schedule: in-office Monday through Thursday, and remote Fridays. Candidates must live within a commutable distance or be willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a detailed business analysis to uncover reasons behind underperformance in brand, channel, and customer areas; devise and implement a focused turnaround strategy with clear priorities and measurable goals.
• Take full responsibility for the dog food and treats P&L, aiming to restore revenue growth, boost margins, and strengthen competitive positioning.
• Establish both annual and long-term brand strategies emphasizing impactful initiatives balancing immediate results and brand equity development while simplifying plans for more efficient execution.
• Drive cross-departmental alignment among Sales, Marketing, Innovation, Creative, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless priority execution and accountability.
• Enhance consumer insight integration to improve brand differentiation and relevance by addressing gaps in positioning, messaging, and product portfolio.
• Collaborate with Sales and Shopper Marketing to revive customer momentum, improve omni-channel execution, and regain distribution and visibility.
• Refocus innovation efforts on fewer but higher-impact projects aligned to growth objectives, ensuring disciplined commercialization and strong market implementation.
• Lead and inspire the team through change, fostering a culture of ownership, urgency, and accountability with clear guidance and feedback.
• Oversee the development and execution of annual brand plans that translate portfolio strategies into actionable priorities and customer-ready programs.
• Create and implement tools and processes for proactive business management by brand and GM leadership.

The salary for this role ranges from $190,700 to $293,700 annually, depending on experience, background, and organizational factors. Compensation details, including potential bonus eligibility, will be shared upon offer finalization.
