  • Experience in fast-growing technology or SaaS businesses with recurring revenue models.
  • Proven leadership with a balance of strategic insight and hands-on technical judgment.
  • Track record of building and guiding high-performing teams in remote or distributed environments.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalents are highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with IFRS reporting, audit processes, fundraising, M&A, and IPO readiness is beneficial.
  • Solid knowledge of global payroll, treasury, and multi-jurisdictional financial processes.
  • Interest and experience in finance automation, AI integration, and process improvements leveraging technology.
  • Preferred experience with ERP systems like NetSuite and strong systems-thinking capabilities.
  • Adaptability to a globally distributed team, with willingness to start work early Eastern Time hours and effective asynchronous communication skills.
