Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Digital Visual Designer on a part-time contract basis. This role involves supporting diverse digital design projects with up to 20 hours per week commitment. The contract is initially short-term and project-based, with opportunities for a longer-term engagement for strong performers.
Core Responsibilities
- Create digital visual assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertising.
- Interpret briefs and brand guidelines to develop polished, consistent visual designs.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and account teams to understand project objectives and deliver effective design solutions.
- Present design ideas and revise based on stakeholder feedback.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.
- Manage personal schedules to meet project deadlines while delivering quality output.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- At least 5 years of professional experience in digital visual design.
- Experience or familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital work across multiple formats including web, social media, email, and display ads.
- Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or other equivalent tools.
- Solid understanding of typography, color schemes, layout design, and digital design standards.
- Ability to independently manage several projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills with confidence in explaining and justifying design decisions.
- Availability to commit up to 20 hours weekly.
Additional Preferred Skills
- Experience working within agencies or handling multiple clients/brands concurrently.
- Basic capabilities in motion graphics or animation.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards relevant to digital design.
- Experience with ISI is advantageous.

Compensation
The hourly pay range is between $90 and $110, finalized post-interview based on demonstrated competencies and skills.
