Senior Designer (m/w/d) Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and creative Senior Designer who thrives on leading projects and teams. You'll play a key role in shaping projects with your design expertise while managing and guiding a motivated creative team. This role involves taking responsibility, enhancing processes, and sharing your knowledge to foster team growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design team of currently three members, providing professional guidance and oversight.
• Manage projects including branding, web design, and illustrations from concept through to delivery.
• Develop and implement your own creative concepts across print, digital, animation, and campaigns, while actively engaging in day-to-day operational work.
• Ensure quality control, distribute tasks, and oversee scheduling within design projects.
• Maintain confident and direct communication with clients.
• Collaborate closely with company leadership to contribute your expertise towards the company's ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 to 5 years professional experience within an agency or design environment.
• Enjoy working as a versatile creative professional with a strong eye for form, color, typography, and user experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, with additional experience preferred in tools like Figma and Microsoft Planner.
• Solution-driven, highly organized, and curious, approaching new challenges with a sense of responsibility.
• Experience managing small teams through coordination, providing constructive feedback, and motivation without neglecting hands-on responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills, confident demeanor, and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
