Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver cutting-edge Data Science, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions tailored to client needs.
• Transition AI prototypes into productive applications ensuring scalability, maintainability, and sustainable use.
• Create AI and GenAI solutions utilizing robust data platforms, APIs, semantic models, and cloud-native architectures.
• Develop agents and multi-agent solutions, including customization for specific use cases, tool integration, orchestration, monitoring, and optimization.
• Architect scalable AI platform solutions for modern cloud environments such as Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Microsoft/GitHub Copilot, or related technologies.
• Advise clients on embedding AI solutions into existing business processes, system landscapes, data platforms, and operational models.
• Collaborate closely with data intelligence, cloud, architecture, and business units to enable end-to-end deployment of AI solutions.
• Lead work packages, subprojects, or entire projects, confidently managing successful delivery.
• Contribute to expanding our AI portfolio through professional insights, best practices, reusable assets, and innovative solution concepts.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI Engineering, AI Solutions, or Data & AI Consulting roles.
• Proven track record delivering AI, GenAI, or LLM-based solutions from conception through production deployment.
• Expertise in AI Engineering, including LLM applications, RAG, agents, tool-calling, multi-agent frameworks, or related architectures.
• Strong programming skills in Python; knowledge of SQL, APIs, cloud services, and software engineering best practices is advantageous.
• Familiarity with approaches for productionizing AI solutions such as containerization, CI/CD, MLOps, LLMOps, monitoring, and testing.
• Experience with contemporary cloud and AI platforms including Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Databricks, Snowflake, or equivalents.
• Understanding of critical success factors like reliable data foundations, data quality, semantic modeling, and platform integration for productive AI applications.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences and guide clients through architecture, implementation, and integration choices.
• Independent and proactive work ethic with readiness to assume responsibility and seek opportunities.
• Preferred background includes consulting or project-driven environments.
• Fluent in German (minimum C1 level) and proficient in English.
