- Convert business needs into technical requirements and make sure analytics outputs align with those expectations.
- Partner with data, analytics, and business stakeholders to improve reporting tools, user experience, and process automation.
- Refine existing visualization solutions so they remain consistent, scalable, and easy to reproduce.
- Record data processes, workflows, and systems to strengthen governance and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide guidance and training to non-technical users so they can use reporting tools and self-service analytics effectively.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical function.
- Postsecondary education in a relevant field such as data analytics, statistics, or computer science, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with data visualization, dashboard creation, and reporting platforms.
- Solid capability in extracting, cleaning, and transforming data for analysis.
- Ability to turn complex datasets into clear, engaging insights and narratives.
- Strong analytical judgment, troubleshooting ability, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions.
- Comfortable working independently on complex analytical work in a fast-moving environment.
Benefits
- Competitive pay range of $56,000 to $103,500, based on experience, skills, and location.
- Performance-linked bonuses and possible discretionary rewards.
- Broad insurance coverage including health, dental, accident, and life protection.
- Access to retirement savings and pension plan options.
- Tuition reimbursement plus ongoing learning and development support.
- Flexible working arrangements with remote work available.
- Supportive, inclusive culture with an emphasis on growth and career progression.
