Role Summary
As a strategic member of a customer-centric team, you will build strong partnerships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience in customer-facing roles within SaaS or technology, preferably in healthcare.
- Background in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales handling enterprise accounts in the healthcare sector.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Strong consulting skills with the capability to communicate and influence stakeholders at the C-level.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Capability to analyze customer data for actionable business insights.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Gainsight, or equivalent tools.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
- Self-driven, able to operate independently in a remote setting while maintaining effective collaboration.
