About the role

Healthee is building an AI-driven healthcare platform that helps employees better understand, use, and optimize their benefits. The goal is to simplify how people access care and make healthcare navigation easier for everyone.

This position is for a Senior Customer Success Manager who will manage and grow a portfolio of small and mid-market employer clients. You will serve as the main relationship owner, focusing on retention, product adoption, and expansion while bringing client feedback back into the organization across product, operations, and leadership teams.

The role reports directly to the VP of Client Services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of 50 to 60 direct employer accounts and act as the day-to-day contact for questions, escalations, and strategic discussions.
  • Track account health closely, spot risks early, and take action before issues escalate.
  • Work with the Implementation team during onboarding to shape communication plans, deliver training support, and drive early engagement, while setting success metrics and operating rhythms from the start.
  • Partner with marketing on engagement initiatives that increase awareness and usage of the platform throughout the client relationship.
  • Lead recurring business reviews with HR and benefits stakeholders to review results, challenges, and roadmap alignment.
  • Find and pursue opportunities to expand services within your assigned accounts.
  • Create and update success plans that reflect client goals and changing business needs.
  • Act as the client advocate internally by sharing feedback that informs product direction and service improvements.

Requirements

  • At least 3 to 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management with ownership of a meaningful book of business, including direct employer-facing accounts.
  • Background in employer-sponsored benefits, healthcare navigation, or benefits administration.
  • Experience managing relationships with HR leaders, senior executives, or benefits teams, along with cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver client outcomes.
  • Working knowledge of Excel and presentation tools such as PowerPoint or Google Slides.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Open to occasional travel, under 10%.
  • Experience handling a mixed portfolio of accounts is considered an advantage.
  • Experience using HubSpot is a plus.

Compensation

The expected on-target earnings for this position are $100,000 to $120,000 annually, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. The package also includes potential equity participation under the company’s plans and policies. Final compensation will depend on the selected candidate’s experience and qualifications.
