About the Role

Wealthfront's Creative Team is seeking a Senior Creative Designer II focused on Investing Products. This full-time, remote role based in Palo Alto, CA (open to US-based remote applicants) involves crafting innovative visual solutions within the financial investing domain. Reporting to the Creative Director, the role supports the delivery of impactful creative work that engages diverse audiences along their wealth-building journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex creative initiatives centered on investing, aligning with business goals and audience needs.
• Build strong partnerships with marketing and business teams to streamline collaborations and identify strategic opportunities.
• Enhance creative processes by contributing and refining strategic insights.
• Deliver high-quality design work balancing creativity, clarity, and brand scalability, anticipating future brand system needs.
• Engage deeply with briefs and research to develop insightful perspectives and advocate for exceptional client experiences.
• Mentor and guide team members to foster growth.
• Manage campaigns end-to-end, integrating stakeholder feedback effectively.
• Produce multiple strategic directions per creative phase, testing assumptions and uncovering innovative solutions.
• Navigate projects with ambiguous requirements, driving concepts through to execution.
• Collaborate with team members to evolve and maintain brand consistency.
• Create tailored messaging and innovative executions across varied media channels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a visual designer within agencies, studios, or in-house creative teams.
• Strong expertise in digital creative production, including web experiences and motion design direction.
• Proven ability to maintain consistent visual style across digital, print, video, social, and unconventional media.
• Bonus skills include collaboration with research teams or use of performance data to guide creative choices, After Effects or similar motion production proficiency, and illustration capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits

Estimated annual salary is $162,000 USD, complemented with equity options.
