Role Overview

The Senior Content & Digital Media Manager will spearhead the editorial vision across Juventus’ social media, digital platforms, content partnerships, and live football events. This vital role focuses on shaping Juventus’ presence across various channels, engaging diverse audiences, and fostering meaningful connections with fans worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the comprehensive editorial strategy for all digital and social media channels.
• Manage content planning, production, distribution, and continual optimization across platforms.
• Oversee live content operations on matchdays ensuring exemplary coverage before, during, and after significant sporting events.
• Utilize data analytics to drive audience growth, enhance engagement, and improve content effectiveness.
• Build and maintain relationships with creators, influencers, publishers, and external media partners.
• Collaborate with Brand, Creative, Marketing, Partnerships teams, and other stakeholders to execute campaigns and initiatives.
• Stay informed about audience behaviors, platform changes, and content trends to sustain Juventus’ leading position in digital storytelling.

Qualifications and Experience

• 6 to 9 years of professional experience in content strategy, editorial leadership, social media, or digital media roles.
• Demonstrated success managing editorial teams and complex multi-platform content ecosystems.
• In-depth knowledge of content performance metrics, audience development, and digital publishing best practices.
• Background working in fast-paced sectors like sports, entertainment, media, or publishing.
• Proficient in stakeholder management and demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills coupled with creativity and sound editorial judgment.
• Fluency in both Italian and English languages is required.

Compensation and Culture

The position offers a competitive salary package in the range of 50,000 to 55,000 plus benefits, commensurate with experience.
