Role Overview
Bridge2Partners is actively seeking seasoned change management professionals who are passionate about guiding clients through impactful transformations. The Senior Consultant will develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans designed to enhance employee adoption and reduce resistance during organizational changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the formulation and implementation of change management strategies, including drafting a Vision for Change and designing tailored solutions based on established processes.
- Engage a core group of stakeholders to drive change momentum and foster a wider network of change agents throughout the organization.
- Identify and mitigate resistance to change, encourage adoption, and monitor organizational change fatigue to ensure effective and lasting transformation.
- Apply recognized organizational change frameworks such as John Kotter, PROSCI, ADKAR, or Kurt Lewin in practical scenarios.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, leadership alignment activities, readiness assessments, along with communication planning and engagement initiatives.
- Develop and support culture transformation efforts and training strategies aligned with change objectives.
- Contribute to enhancing organizational change methodologies, tools, and collateral.
- Participate in thought leadership by producing content such as blogs and white papers.
- Support business development activities including proposal creation, work plans, pricing, and risk assessments.
- Actively expand professional and affiliate networks within the local community.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Between 4 to 6 years of experience in organizational change management and business transformation, especially supporting large-scale process or technology projects or other transformative initiatives.
- Proven understanding of organizational change frameworks with experience in strategic communications, training design and delivery, interpersonal assessment, emotional intelligence, or organizational design.
- Experience leading small to medium-sized teams effectively.
- Strong client-facing skills, including project management, presentation, and facilitation capabilities.
- Ability to operate efficiently both independently and collaboratively within teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects or clients concurrently.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships and contributing to business development.
- Solid foundation in project management practices such as scheduling, scoping, and managing issues and risks.
- Commitment to delivering superior client service and professional dedication.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% as required.
