Senior Consultant Microsoft Data & AI Solutions (all genders)

Employment Details

This role can be offered as full-time or part-time with a minimum of 32 hours per week. The position allows for remote work within Germany or at various office locations including Göttingen, Munich, Butzbach, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Bielefeld, Chemnitz, Nuremberg-Fürth, Aachen, Bremen, and Paderborn.

Start Date and Salary

The start date for this position is flexible and will be arranged individually. The salary begins at €60,000 annually.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and support pre-sales activities.
• Document and analyze business workflows to extract functional and technical requirements.
• Develop and architect data and AI solutions leveraging Azure Data and AI platforms.
• Drive AI projects from conceptualization through prototype development to full production deployment.
• Provide consultancy on topics such as governance, security, interfaces, data quality, and adoption strategies.
• Oversee architecture in projects incorporating multiple technologies and integrate Power Platform scenarios when applicable.
• Provide guidance and mentorship for junior team members.

Candidate Profile

• Several years of consultancy experience in data and AI projects focused on Microsoft Azure technologies.
• Solid background in process analysis, solution architecture, and managing requirements.
• Hands-on familiarity with Azure AI services, machine learning workflows, and system integration patterns.
• Knowledgeable about governance frameworks, security protocols, interface architecture, and cloud best practices.
• Basic understanding of Power Platform and Dynamics 365 is advantageous.
• Strong communication and presentation skills suitable for engaging with decision-makers.
• Highly organized, proactive, and accountable.
• Proficient in German at a very good level and competent in English.
• Enthusiastic about exploring innovative AI applications and employing new digital tools to enhance work efficiency.
