Employment Details

This role is offered on a full or part-time basis, with a minimum commitment of 32 working hours per week. Candidates can choose to work remotely from anywhere in Germany or from several office locations including Göttingen, Munich, Butzbach, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Bielefeld, Chemnitz, Nuremberg-Fürth, Aachen, Bremen, and Paderborn.

Start Date

The starting date is flexible and can be arranged according to the candidate's availability.

Compensation

The salary for this position starts at €60,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and provide assistance in the presales phase.
• Document and analyze business processes to extract functional and technical requirements.
• Design and architect data and AI solutions leveraging Azure Data and AI technologies.
• Develop AI use cases from ideation and proof of concept through to deployment.
• Provide advice on governance, security, interface design, data quality, and user adoption strategies.
• Hold architectural responsibility across multi-technology projects, including integrating Power Platform scenarios.
• Guide and mentor junior colleagues.

Candidate Profile

• Several years of consultancy experience with a focus on data and AI projects using Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on expertise in process analysis, architectural design, and managing requirements.
• Knowledgeable about Azure AI services, machine learning workflows, and system integration patterns.
• Experience with governance, security frameworks, interface architecture, and cloud best practices.
• Basic familiarity with Power Platform and Dynamics 365 is advantageous.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging decision-makers effectively.
• Self-driven, well-organized, with a proactive and responsible work ethic.
• Proficient in German (very good) and English (good).
• Enthusiastic about exploring AI innovations and employing digital tools to enhance work efficiency.
