About the Role
Join Ellipsis & Company, a renowned specialist consultancy known as The Loyalty Experts®, currently expanding its team. This full-time position is based ideally in Melbourne with an option for Sydney and involves a hybrid working model. The role offers a unique opportunity to deepen your consulting expertise, particularly in loyalty strategy, working closely with company founders and senior leadership. Previous experience from Big Four or top-tier consulting firms is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end workstreams on multifaceted client projects, strategizing and delivering recommendations, while engaging stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and presentations.
- Conduct thorough market, competitor, and customer research utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data analyses to uncover actionable insights for loyalty strategies.
- Develop financial models and business cases to measure the commercial impact of loyalty programs, partnerships, and initiatives.
- Create client-ready materials that emphasize storytelling and data visualization to clearly communicate findings and suggestions.
- Utilize structured problem-solving approaches such as First Principles Thinking and Hypothesis-Based Problem Solving, leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity without sacrificing quality.
- Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-scope delivery while proactively managing risks.
- Assist in business development efforts including maintaining client relationships, supporting proposals, producing thought leadership content, and contributing to marketing activities.
- Stay informed on global trends, innovations, and best practices in loyalty programs and contribute to the firm’s intellectual property and internal knowledge base.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in management consulting, loyalty, CRM, or customer strategy at a senior or equivalent level.
- Proven ability to lead complex consulting engagements and manage client stakeholders effectively.
- Strong understanding of loyalty program mechanics, economics, and customer engagement concepts.
- Advanced skills in data analysis, visualization, and financial modeling to build compelling business cases.
- Practiced in structured problem-solving frameworks and comfortable with translating ambiguous briefs into clear deliverables.
- Proficient with AI productivity tools and Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, accountable, and adept at managing competing priorities under pressure.
- Genuine enthusiasm for loyalty and customer strategy combined with strong commercial acumen.
- Collaborative mindset with a growth-oriented approach, open to feedback and knowledge sharing.
