Role Responsibilities

• Lead AI transformation projects, covering readiness audits, strategic planning, implementation oversight, and scaling efforts.
• Advise clients on digital infrastructure and data center strategies including site selection, capacity planning, vendor assessment, and investment justification.
• Create AI adoption blueprints aligned with commercial goals and UAE/GCC governance, data residency, and compliance requirements.
• Formulate business cases, operational frameworks, and target architectures for large-scale AI and infrastructure initiatives.
• Oversee project workstreams, mentor junior staff, and manage daily client interactions.
• Contribute to practice growth, thought leadership efforts, and business development activities.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years in management consulting, technology advisory, or related roles focusing heavily on AI, digital transformation, or data center/digital infrastructure.
• Demonstrated success managing complex transformation programs for major enterprises or governmental bodies.
• Strong expertise in AI strategy, governance, and operational rollout or comprehensive knowledge of data center/cloud infrastructure consulting.
• Excellent communication, client engagement, and problem structuring skills.
• Experience with UAE/GCC market and understanding of its regulatory and data governance frameworks is highly regarded.
• Preparedness to reside in the UAE; relocation assistance available for suitable candidates.
