Job Location and Working Hours

This role is based in Chennai or Bangalore, India. The position requires working five days a week from the office, with shifts scheduled from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM.

Role Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior technical interviewer assessing candidates with 8 to 12 years of consulting experience.
• Conduct evaluations focusing strictly on practical and real-world project experience, avoiding theoretical questions.
• Evaluate expertise in banking and financial analytics delivery.
• Assess proficiency in Databricks technologies involving Spark, Delta Lake, orchestration, and performance optimization.
• Test skills in Pyspark and Python development within analytics frameworks.
• Examine experience with Alteryx, particularly in development, migration, and automation projects.
• Judge candidates' analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Required Skills and Domain Expertise

The role necessitates strong knowledge in Azure Databricks (ADB), Alteryx tools, and the banking or financial services sector.
