Overview
We seek an experienced professional who excels at both strategic oversight and detailed execution to join us as a Senior Conference & Events Manager. This senior role involves overseeing all facets of operations and events management. Your leadership will be key to delivering seamless and impressive experiences for clients and their guests, while ensuring that operational processes run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily event operations and oversee the Events Operations and Conference Services teams.
- Maintain and review contracts, such as the external cleaning service, on a regular basis.
- Drive maintenance activities—planned and unplanned—ensuring venue standards remain high.
- Continuously evaluate front-of-house operations to identify and implement enhancements.
- Manage health and safety protocols within the venue.
- Organize team schedules and foster effective communication across all front-of-house departments and the broader venue.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout all events and proactively gather client feedback.
- Develop action plans to address client feedback and handle complaints professionally.
- Achieve a target of 90% positive results in Venue Verdict customer feedback and attain a Net Promoter Score between 9 and 10.
- Understand and contribute to the company’s business plan by managing front-of-house targets aligned with overall objectives.
- Oversee inventory controls, stock management, purchasing, invoicing, and labor allocation to ensure operational efficiency.

- Flexibility to work primarily within Monday to Friday operations while adapting as needed for event requirements.
