  • Advise business teams on compliance and regulatory matters as part of routine support.
  • Prepare materials and reports for senior management, committees, and the Board.
  • Support the financial crime programme, including AML, sanctions, and related compliance obligations.
  • Take part in regulatory change projects, governance work, and wider compliance transformation initiatives.
  • Assist with regulatory inspections, responses to queries, and liaison with supervisory bodies.
  • Run compliance training sessions and awareness activities across the organisation.
  • Where needed, help coach and guide junior team members.

Candidate requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in Compliance, Risk, or a similar control role within funds, asset management, asset servicing, or wider financial services.
  • Strong working knowledge of Irish and European regulations, including UCITS, AIFMD, AML, and broader governance and conduct requirements.
  • Proven experience with compliance monitoring programmes and regulatory change projects.
  • Previous exposure to financial crime controls, including AML and sanctions, is beneficial.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across all organisational levels.
  • Professional compliance qualifications such as ACOI, LCOI, or an equivalent recognised by the CBI under MCR rules are required.
  • Well organised, with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.

What’s on offer

  • Exposure to a broad range of compliance areas.
  • Close collaboration with senior leadership and key decision-makers.

  • Strong scope for career growth within an expanding organisation.
