Senior Change Management Consultant

Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Change Management Consultant to contribute to a forthcoming consulting project located in Doha, Qatar. This role requires someone with significant expertise in leading change management initiatives and organizational transformations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related discipline is required; a master's degree is considered an advantage.
• At least five years of robust experience in Change Management, Organizational Transformation, or similar consulting roles are mandatory.
• Possession of one or more internationally accredited Change Management certifications such as Prosci Certified Change Practitioner (ADKAR), Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP – ACMP), APMG Change Management Practitioner, certifications from the Change Management Institute (CMI), or other equivalent globally recognized credentials.

Skills and Competencies

• Proven ability to design and execute change management strategies, stakeholder engagement frameworks, communication plans, training programs, and organizational readiness evaluations.
• Experience supporting initiatives in digital transformation, business restructuring, or large-scale organizational change.
• Strong capabilities in communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and leadership.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages.

Additional Details

Location of this position is Doha, Qatar. The role is full-time and requires presence on site throughout the duration of the project.
