Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Operations & Strategy Manager to contribute to strategic planning, operational efficiency, and cross-departmental coordination within our Travel vertical. This vital role includes analyzing new growth areas, optimizing revenue streams, and scaling our platforms by partnering with multiple organizational leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze new business ventures such as entering new verticals, markets, and products through detailed market, financial, and competitive studies.
• Formulate strategic recommendations by evaluating alternatives, constructing business cases, and identifying necessary implementation steps.
• Deliver insightful, well-structured presentations to senior leaders summarizing key findings and suggestions.
• Drive projects aimed at enhancing operations and maximizing revenue by collaborating with teams across business models, processes, and service delivery.
• Align strategic goals among critical teams including vertical units, marketing, product, engineering, finance, and payment operations.
• Manage components of annual and quarterly business planning, ensuring clarity on objectives, KPIs, and execution approaches across teams.
• Develop financial impact assessments outlining expected growth, margin improvements, cost savings, and associated investments.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competition, and emerging opportunities within the global payments and FinTech sectors.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to lead projects through all phases from analysis to implementation, monitoring stakeholder alignment and progress.

Candidate Profile

• Six to ten years of relevant experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, or corporate development.
• Preferred background in technology, SaaS, payment systems, or FinTech industries.
• Experience in Hospitality or Travel sectors is a notable advantage.
• Prior tenure at a leading consulting firm (Bain, BCG, McKinsey) is highly valued.
• MBA credential is preferred but not essential.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking abilities to simplify complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Proven capability to manage ambiguity, prioritize tasks effectively, and take an action-driven approach.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for presentations at senior leadership levels.
• Ability to establish and nurture trusted relationships across various organizational tiers and functions.
