Job description
About the Role
This is a flexible, remote leadership opportunity for an experienced National or Senior Operations leader who wants to contribute around 10–15 hours each week. Rather than handling routine operational tasks, the role is designed for someone whose background can support strategic expansion, business growth, performance improvement, and leadership-focused initiatives within established global programs.
The position gives you the freedom to decide how and when you contribute, while still creating meaningful senior-level impact. It is suited to someone who wants to apply operational leadership experience in a more autonomous, non-traditional format.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with business development and expansion efforts, including commercial discussions
- Spot and act on opportunities that increase reach and influence
- Develop and sustain strong professional and stakeholder relationships
- Take part in structured leadership and performance initiatives
- Use prior experience to strengthen execution, alignment, and results
- Help individuals and teams stay focused, accountable, and outcome-oriented
You will work with a high level of independence, contributing through judgement, influence, and senior leadership presence.
Candidate Profile
The ideal person is a commercially aware operator who can work independently and bring credibility to strategic conversations. You should be comfortable leading without close supervision and using your experience to shape outcomes.
- Background in operations, general management, or senior leadership
- Experience in multi-site, national, or cross-functional settings
- Hands-on involvement in business development, growth, or revenue-related work
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritise work, stay organised, and operate independently
- Professional presence, sound judgement, and strong emotional intelligence
What You’ll Get
- Remote and flexible engagement of approximately 10–15 hours per week
- Freedom to choose how and when you contribute
- Income that is tied to performance and outcomes
- Access to ongoing leadership and development programs
- Opportunity to connect with commercially minded, experienced professionals
- A portable arrangement designed to suit your lifestyle
Who This Role Is Best For
- Professionals seeking more flexibility and control over their time
- Those wanting to move beyond traditional corporate structures
- Leaders who still want to operate at a strategic level
- People comfortable in self-managed, results-driven environments
- Individuals with an interest in leadership, growth, and business development
Additional Information
This is a non-traditional opportunity that focuses on strategic contribution rather than day-to-day operational management. The engagement is remote, flexible, and performance-based, with the emphasis on outcomes, influence, and senior leadership input.
