Role overview

QualityKiosk Technologies is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager focused on acquisition and hunter sales for Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position calls for a highly driven professional who can create new business, open strategic accounts, and build long-term partnerships across the Saudi market.

The role requires deep experience in enterprise technology sales, especially within Banking, Financial Services, Government, Telecom, and other large enterprise environments. The successful candidate should understand Quality Engineering, Digital Assurance, Observability, Reliability Engineering, and IT Transformation services, and be comfortable engaging senior decision-makers to move opportunities from prospecting through closure.

Key responsibilities

  • Win new logos and expand revenue across Saudi Arabia.
  • Create and execute account acquisition strategies to enter and grow target accounts.
  • Develop trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Technology, Heads of Quality Engineering, Digital Transformation leaders, and other senior business stakeholders.
  • Spot opportunities in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, Performance Engineering, Digital Assurance, Observability, SRE, and Managed Testing Services.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, market research, and industry events.
  • Own the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities to closing contracts.
  • Partner with Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, Delivery, and Alliance teams to shape strong value propositions.
  • Deliver executive-level presentations, workshops, and solution discussions with customer leadership.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and manage complex enterprise sales deals.
  • Track pipeline accurately and deliver quarterly and annual sales results.
  • Keep up with market movements, competition, and new technology opportunities in the Kingdom.

Experience and skill requirements

  • More than 15 years of enterprise sales and business development experience in Saudi Arabia.
  • A demonstrated history of bringing in new customers and consistently surpassing sales goals.
  • A strong professional network across Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Government, Telecom, and large enterprise accounts.
  • Direct exposure to selling one or more of the following: Quality Engineering and Digital Assurance services, Test Automation solutions, Performance Engineering and non-functional testing, Observability and monitoring platforms, Site Reliability Engineering, Application Modernization and Digital Transformation services, Cloud, Data, AI, and managed services.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise application environments and software development and delivery lifecycles.
  • Working knowledge of observability tools such as Elastic, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, New Relic, or comparable platforms.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with C-level executives and senior technology leaders.

Eligibility

This opportunity is intended for experienced sales professionals based in or able to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Native Arabic speaking ability is mandatory, and fluent English is also required.

Education

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or an equivalent qualification is required.
