Role overview
A global technology services consultancy is building a technical delivery team in Frankfurt for a major compliance transformation programme at a Tier-1 investment bank. This position is suited to an analytical IT business analyst who brings strong Anti-Financial Crime (AFC), KYC and AML knowledge together with technical delivery capability. At a senior Tribe Domain level, the role sits above individual squads and focuses on turning regulatory complexity into clear technical data blueprints for engineering teams working across different regions.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end analysis for high-priority compliance features spanning several development squads.
- Gather and refine requirements across AFC, KYC and AML workstreams, then translate legislation and controls into detailed technical specifications and data models.
- Work closely with architects and engineers to evaluate, question and align on solution design choices.
- Act as the communication link between technical delivery teams, compliance stakeholders and senior client representatives in a structured, fast-paced environment.
Skills and experience
- Background in IT business analysis within financial crime, KYC, AML or AFC technology programmes.
- Practical experience with end-to-end data modelling and technical requirements documentation.
- Working knowledge of modern Agile delivery models, including Tribes and Squads.
- Experience in financial services, especially in large-scale banking environments.
- Professional fluency in both German and English.
- Ability to be based in Frankfurt and begin a new role by August 2026.
