Senior Business Analyst (Salesforce)

Role Summary

We seek a Senior Business Analyst with profound Salesforce knowledge to spearhead a significant technological initiative for a reputable organisation operating throughout the UK and Europe. This 12-month contract demands presence in London four days per week and falls outside IR35 regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops involving diverse stakeholder groups.
• Document and analyse both current and future business processes while assessing cross-department technology effects.
• Create and maintain standardized user stories, functional design documents, and technical handover materials.
• Collaborate closely with developers and system architects to guide solution design decisions.
• Monitor progress, perform quality assurance tracking, and evaluate system impacts throughout project execution.

Candidate Profile

• Over 10 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 5 years in a senior role within complex technical environments.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms, particularly Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps is essential; familiarity with Microsoft Azure SaaS and PaaS offerings is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver quantifiable improvements and impact.
• Strong workshop facilitation skills and capability to influence senior-level stakeholders effectively.
• Comfortable managing ambiguity and delivering results independently in fast-paced settings.

Contract Details

• 12-month engagement.
• Contract rate: £650 per day, outside IR35.
• Location: London area with four days per week onsite attendance.
