Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Managers, and technical personnel to comprehend business goals, user requirements, and operational challenges.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions for thorough requirements gathering and clarification.
• Assess existing business processes to identify improvement and automation potentials.
• Convert business requirements into epics, features, user stories, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications.
• Manage product and sprint backlogs including creation, refinement, and supporting sprint and release planning.
• Ensure that user stories align with agreed readiness and acceptance criteria.
• Recognize and manage dependencies, risks, and impacts influencing delivery schedules.
• Support change management and adoption initiatives as needed.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, UX, QA, and Validation to oversee the delivery life cycle.
• Assist in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validate that delivered functions meet business requirements and objectives.
• Foster strong relationships between business units and technology teams.
• Communicate requirements, priorities, interdependencies, and delivery consequences clearly with stakeholders.
• Facilitate discussions to ensure alignment and informed decisions.
• Analyze customer feedback, product metrics, and operational data to identify opportunities for enhancements.
• Provide recommendations that enhance customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall business value.
• Support Product Managers with insights and analysis to guide backlog prioritization and roadmap planning.

Working Conditions

This position is based in Chennai and follows a hybrid work model requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office. The candidate should focus on core office hours to enable effective collaboration and maximize productivity.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or related disciplines.
• Between 5 and 8 years of experience in Business Analysis with solid knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, SDLC, and product delivery frameworks.
• Proven experience in creating and managing user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating effectively with Product, Engineering, QA, and Validation teams.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or other regulated sectors is a plus.
