Overview
We are inviting applications for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join the digital delivery team of a major enterprise on a permanent basis. This role places you as a trusted advisor to senior executives, guiding the deployment of strategic digital initiatives aligned with the organization's overall objectives. It demands a seasoned professional adept at managing complex projects and ensuring effective communication between business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and lead workshops to collect and refine requirements for critical projects, turning business demands into precise technical documentation.
- Develop and analyze current and future state business processes to pinpoint continuous improvement opportunities and apply effective methodologies.
- Champion Agile practices to ensure successful execution of user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
- Bridge the gap between business and technical areas by collaborating closely with important stakeholders and supporting initiatives related to change management.
- Mentor and coach junior Business Analysts, promoting a cooperative and professional team environment.
Skills and Experience
- Extensive senior-level experience in Business Analysis, with demonstrated success in driving improvement projects across large, multifunctional teams.
- Deep understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies, capable of handling enterprise-scale projects.
- Practical exposure to Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems is a significant advantage.
- Mandatory IIBA certification; Agile certifications such as AgileBA or ICAgile are highly desirable.
- Proficient with enterprise tools including Asana, Miro, Microsoft Teams, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical capabilities paired with excellent communication skills for effectively conveying complex ideas to senior leadership.
