Job description

Role Overview

Tebra is looking for a Senior Product Business Analyst to strengthen product analytics and enable faster, better decisions across platform teams. In this role, you will bridge the gap between data and strategy by turning product usage information into practical insights that support roadmap planning, feature uptake, and product improvements.

Key Focus Areas

  • Develop and refine product performance metrics and reporting systems, with clear visibility into active usage patterns such as DAU/MAU and adoption trends for key features.
  • Act as a trusted partner to Product and Engineering leaders by converting usage data into insights that help shape roadmap priorities.
  • Prepare executive-level analyses and Tableau dashboards that support decision-making and track progress against product objectives.
  • Create and support scalable SQL models in Snowflake that enable self-serve analytics and dependable product reporting.
  • Set consistent reporting standards so Product, Engineering, and Finance share a unified view of the customer journey.
  • Work closely with analysts in Customer Success, Growth, and Finance to connect product usage with business outcomes such as retention, expansion, and pricing decisions.
  • Maintain a comprehensive data dictionary for the product analytics team to improve data understanding across the company.

Professional Background

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics in a SaaS setting. You should be comfortable advising product teams, improving user flows, and strengthening overall platform health. Strong hands-on expertise in SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau is required for building automated analytics and scalable self-service reporting.

Experience working with PHI and operating within secure, highly regulated healthcare data environments is important. The role also calls for experience analyzing financial information, billing metrics, or revenue cycle management workflows in a product context, along with the ability to take unclear business challenges and turn them into structured technical work.

Company Overview

Tebra is an all-in-one EHR+ platform built for independent healthcare practices. It brings together EHR software, billing, automation, telehealth, and marketing tools so providers can reduce administrative work and spend more time with patients. More than 42,000 private practices rely on Tebra to simplify operations, support revenue growth, and reduce burnout.

Values

  • Put the customer first by understanding the needs of both practices and their patients.
  • Keep things simple and make healthcare easier to navigate.
  • Approach challenges with an entrepreneurial mindset and a bias toward action.
  • Work collaboratively, stay humble, and succeed as a team.
  • Recognize achievements and make time to celebrate wins.

Compensation

This role follows Tebra’s Zone 1 national-average compensation band. The listed base salary range is USD 90,000 to USD 103,000 annually. Final pay is determined by experience, qualifications, role requirements, and geographic zone. Eligible employees may also receive variable pay and a benefits package. The exact range for your geo zone will be shared during the initial screening process in line with California pay transparency requirements.

Benefits and Perks

Employees in the United States receive healthcare benefits plus additional support such as a Dell discount for home-office essentials, access to Gympass for fitness and wellness, and the Telus Employee Assistance Program for mental health and everyday support. In Costa Rica, the company also provides a wellness and childcare subsidy, a university/education discount, Gympass access, and Telus Employee Assistance Program support.
