Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a closely related field is expected. Candidates should bring at least 5 years of experience in business analysis or a similar corporate role. Hands-on experience with requirements elicitation, process mapping, and documentation is required, along with a solid understanding of SDLC and project management practices. A background in data analysis, plus experience using visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI, would be an advantage. Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance expectations, along with advanced process improvement expertise in methods such as Lean or Six Sigma, is also desirable.
