Senior Business Analyst

Role overview

EjadTech is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to own analysis work, improve operational and product processes, and help deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile setting. In this role, you will turn business needs into structured requirements and work closely with both technical teams and stakeholders across the full product lifecycle.

Core responsibilities

• Drive requirements discovery from start to finish by running workshops, conducting interviews, and engaging the right stakeholders.
• Convert business needs into clear documentation such as user stories, use cases, and functional requirement specifications.
• Examine current and future processes, map workflows, and create models using BPMN or comparable tools.
• Identify differences between current needs and existing capabilities, then suggest solutions based on business value, effort, and practicality.
• Review business and product data to uncover trends, generate insights, and support informed decision-making.
• Assess the impact of proposed changes and help keep all teams aligned.
• Plan and support User Acceptance Testing, including test scenarios, execution tracking, and result records.
• Maintain strong documentation standards for BRDs, SRS documents, and process maps.
• Work in partnership with developers to clarify requirements and support sprint-related activities.
• Keep business expectations and technical delivery aligned throughout the implementation process.
• Share progress updates and status reports with stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
• Spot opportunities to streamline processes and strengthen business analysis methods.
• Support ongoing improvement efforts within an Agile environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of business analysis experience in Agile teams.
• Proven background in process modeling, requirements documentation, data analysis, and UAT.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication ability, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to a rapidly changing environment.

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and follows an on-site full-time work arrangement.
