About the Role
The Senior Brand Lead will take charge of crafting, implementing, and refining brand strategies across the diverse Sarder portfolio, which includes brands such as AI CERTs, AI Labs 365, Adoptify AI, N+, among others. This position is accountable for brand positioning, messaging, campaign management, content planning, aligning demand generation efforts, and maintaining consistent brand messaging across all customer, partner, and internal interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct brand strategy, positioning, and messaging development for the assigned brands within the Sarder portfolio.
- Create and enhance value propositions and tailor messaging for various target audiences, establishing compelling brand narratives.
- Ensure brand consistency is preserved across digital platforms, sales tools, marketing campaigns, partner materials, presentations, and social media.
- Perform competitive market research to uncover opportunities to improve market differentiation and relevance.
- Enforce brand standards and messaging discipline involving internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product teams, and Executive Leadership to design integrated marketing campaigns supporting webinars, events, certifications, trainings, product promotions, and partner initiatives.
- Drive campaigns to generate and nurture qualified leads, manage pipeline conversion, and align activities with revenue objectives.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize channels including email, social media, digital advertising, PR, and partner marketing.
- Lead creation of thought leadership materials such as executive blogs, whitepapers, case studies, presentations, videos, and social content focusing on AI, workforce transformation, certifications, and business leadership.
- Work with subject matter experts to generate relevant and strategically aligned content for various audiences and sales enablement.
- Develop co-marketing programs, campaign toolkits, and support materials for strategic partners, authorized training partners, resellers, and alliances.
- Engage in partner marketing to facilitate recruitment, onboarding, activation, and retention with clear marketing strategies and tools.
- Oversee tracking of partner marketing contribution, lead flow, and pipeline growth.
- Manage digital presence including websites, landing pages, social media channels, SEO, paid ads, reputation management, and community engagement activities.
- Enhance customer and partner interaction through targeted campaigns and nurturing strategies.
- Establish key performance indicators for brand health, demand generation, content efficacy, digital marketing, and partner engagement.
- Monitor conversion rates, engagement metrics, pipeline influence, and return on investment; produce executive dashboards and reports with actionable insights.
- Lead and coordinate internal marketing teams, contractors, and external agencies to ensure timely, top-quality campaign delivery.
- Provide mentorship and performance oversight to junior marketing staff prioritizing accountability, efficiency, and measurable business impact.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline.
- Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in brand management, demand generation, content marketing, or strategic marketing leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing multi-brand portfolios especially within B2B Technology, SaaS, AI, EdTech, certification, training, or professional services sectors.
- Strong track record of creating integrated campaigns that enhance brand awareness, lead acquisition, and pipeline growth.
- Solid familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, webinar technologies, analytics, and digital marketing applications.
- Excellent skills in written communication, executive-level presentations, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments with minimal supervision and strong accountability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other marketing tech tools.
- Background in managing PR, thought leadership initiatives, virtual events, paid digital campaigns, and executive communication efforts.
- An MBA or advanced certifications in marketing, digital, product marketing, or AI-related fields is advantageous.
Performance Metrics
- Tracking qualified leads generated via brand campaigns, webinars, partnerships, and outbound marketing efforts.
- Measurement of marketing qualified leads, sales qualified leads, meetings scheduled, and pipeline influenced by marketing activity.
- Monitoring webinar participation metrics, content utilization rates, conversion through nurture funnels, and campaign returns.
- Analysis of email engagement rates, call-to-action conversions, and cost efficiency per qualified lead.
- Marketplace engagement metrics such as traffic, profile views, demos, trials, enrollments, and partner inquiries.
- Brand visibility indicators including search volume, organic reach, social media growth, PR mentions, and competitive positioning.
