  • Effectively promote bench consultants (mainly W2 and C2C) within a wide network of vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
  • Detect appropriate client job opportunities through job and vendor portals, social media, and professional networks, promptly submitting fitting candidates.
  • Assess consultant profiles independently, evaluating technical expertise, communication abilities, experience, visa status, and overall fit for the bench.
  • Prepare and tailor consultant resumes in alignment with client-specific roles and requirements.

  • Manage job postings across multiple boards and university channels to attract suitable talent.
  • Conduct initial technical and behavioral screenings to assess qualifications, communications skills, and client readiness.
  • Arrange client interviews, negotiate candidate rates, manage feedback, and oversee the offer-to-joining transition.
  • Build and nurture enduring relationships with vendors, partners, consultants, and clients through frequent engagement.
  • Address staffing demands for key clients swiftly, ensuring quality and fast turnaround on submissions.
  • Keep detailed records of consultants, submission reports, follow-ups, and recruitment data.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience recruiting through university programs and OPT hiring channels.
  • Expertise in sourcing via portals, social media, referrals, networking, forums, and headhunting.
  • Skillful in resume customization and candidate profiling per client needs.
  • Strong negotiation, cold calling, persuasion, relationship building, and deal closing capabilities.
  • Ability to identify niche technology needs and align candidate skills promptly.
  • Excellent organizational abilities to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving setting.
  • Proficient in recruiting software, ATS systems, job portals, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written.
