Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Senior Barista position is based in Vadodara. The person in this role will manage day-to-day café activities, prepare premium coffee and other beverages, and consistently deliver strong customer service. The job also involves helping with stock control, keeping the café clean and organized, supporting junior staff, and following company processes to ensure a reliable and high-quality guest experience.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Solid hands-on ability in barista work and basic food preparation
• Strong communication and people skills for dealing with guests and colleagues
• A customer-first mindset with the ability to create a positive café visit
• Experience in leading, supporting, coaching, or training junior team members
• Careful attention to detail, cleanliness, and smooth day-to-day operations
• Previous exposure to a café or food service setting is an advantage
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving on-site environment
