Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Atlassian Administrator specializing in integrations and automation to join our Hyderabad office. This hybrid role (3 days onsite) operates from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The position focuses on managing and enhancing Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management, optimizing workflows, maintaining integrations with external systems, and automating processes to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and sustain Atlassian suite tools (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence) alongside integrations with third-party platforms such as Aha and ServiceNow.
  • Design, configure, and fine-tune workflows, custom fields, permissions, and dashboards for effective project management.
  • Develop and manage robust integrations with tools like CI/CD systems, HR platforms, Slack, and APIs to ensure seamless connectivity.
  • Create and maintain automation rules to enhance overall operational productivity and reliability.
  • Assist in user onboarding processes, manage platform access permissions, and provide continuous support for platform users.
  • Diagnose technical issues to maintain system stability and ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather detailed requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Document all configurations, processes, and integration workflows comprehensively.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • 8 to 12 years of professional experience in Atlassian administration roles.
  • Strong practical experience administering Jira and Confluence platforms.
  • Proficiency with automation tools such as Jira Automation, ScriptRunner, or equivalents.
  • Experience integrating Atlassian tools with external systems utilizing APIs and webhooks.
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies and IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks.
  • Basic scripting skills in Groovy, Python, or related languages are advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem.
  • Coding or scripting experience beyond basic automation.
  • Relevant Atlassian certifications are a merit.

Additional Information

  • Work hours are from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a hybrid work mode requiring three days per week at the Hyderabad office.
