Senior Associate - Capacity and Resource Management

As a Senior Associate in Experience Management within workforce management, you will help shape exceptional experiences aligned with career paths while working alongside accomplished professionals in a dynamic, solution-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead resource management activities for the assigned region, service, or team in close partnership with service delivery managers.
• Track, analyze, and manage demand pipeline projections, new business pursuits, and staffing requirements.
• Assess demand fulfilment options by utilizing internal capacity and bench, reviewing external hiring pipelines, and assigning projects based on skills and experience.
• Supervise, mentor, and assign tasks to associates and senior associates within the team.
• Ensure compliance with workforce management business rules, deployment, talent policies, and regulatory mandates.
• Develop and execute staffing plans covering 30, 60, and 90 day periods to minimize unfilled demand.
• Coordinate with project managers to capture and interpret demand forecasts and identify actionable needs.
• Perform demand-supply matching and offer optimal staffing solutions from internal resources.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee schedules using scheduling tools, resolving conflicts promptly.
• Minimize bench time by proactively deploying resources on projects.
• Meet defined KPIs including employee utilization, time to fulfil demand, percentage of unfulfilled demand, and bench aging.
• Provide reporting and analytics on business and operational performance indicators.
• Maintain regular communications with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.

Candidate Profile and Skills

• Possess 4 to 7 years of relevant workforce management experience, coupled with a graduate degree.
• Strong understanding of technology skills, operational, and financial components of service delivery.
• Analytical capability to compute staffing demand, validate required skills and experiences, and select suitable fulfillment options.
• Excellent domain expertise in resource management, demand planning, and management information systems.
• Demonstrated ability to execute with high quality and meet deadlines.
• Solution-focused mindset with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills along with effective time management and analytical capabilities.
• Preferably one year of prior experience managing and supervising teams.
• Stakeholder engagement and management skills are desirable.
