Role Overview
This position is focused on branch-level operations support. It includes managing relationship support, processing new business requests, handling policy servicing tasks, supporting claims-related work, maintaining documentation, and contributing to business retention through persistency and revival follow-ups. The position also involves generating and supporting leads.
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a graduate or postgraduate degree.
Experience and Skill Expectations
The ideal candidate brings 1 to 2 years of experience in operations, customer service, or sales calling/operations work. Experience from the insurance or banking industry is preferred. Strong communication, customer handling, sales calling ability, and working knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint are important for success in this role.
