What you'll do

- Create original brand concepts, visual worlds and campaign ideas that stand out.
- Develop communication that is both inspiring and lasting, with a strong eye for design, detail, typography and brand expression.
- Work with major brands and manage the creative side of their projects.
- Organize and coordinate creative tasks within the team.
- Prepare and oversee film and photo productions in a professional, independent way.
- Work closely with long-standing clients together with account and project leads.
- Guide designers and art directors.
- Contribute to marketing and communications strategy as well as brand positioning.
- Build persuasive client and pitch presentations.
- Present concepts and ideas directly to clients.
What we're looking for
- Several years of experience as an Art Director in creative agencies.
- Strong background in both strategic and visual brand development.
- Exceptional conceptual and executional ability, paired with a clear understanding of brands.
- A progressive, trend-aware art direction approach with an outside-the-box mindset.
- Experience creating multichannel campaigns and working on print, digital and photo-montage formats.
- A strong aesthetic sense and plenty of creative imagination.
- Comfort working collaboratively while also taking ownership independently.
- A pragmatic, hands-on working style.
- Confident use of Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma and similar tools.
- Excellent German and very good English skills.
Benefits and working style
- A friendly, open team with flat hierarchies and high standards for design and typography.
- Interesting projects for national and international clients and campaigns.
- Close client collaboration and direct involvement in brand and product development.
- The chance to help shape and influence international brands.
- A positive, enjoyable work environment.
- Individual development opportunities and support for growing your skills.
- Flexible working hours and the option to work remotely from time to time.
- Subsidized sports support because employee health matters.
- A contribution toward the Deutschlandticket.
- No night shifts and no weekend work.
- Your own MacBook.
- A centrally located office in the heart of Berlin.
- The advantages of a founder-led agency with a values-driven culture.
- Standard team perks such as team events, fresh fruit, free drinks and a good atmosphere.
