Senior Art Director (m/w/d)

Role Overview

As a Senior Art Director, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts and Social-First campaigns, translating these ideas into impactful social media assets ranging from ongoing content to full campaign materials.

You will develop corporate identity guidelines, demonstrate expertise in branding, and apply a deep understanding of visual storytelling and brand management. Maintaining clean design, careful execution, efficiency, and organization is essential.

Additionally, you will actively incorporate AI tools into workflows to benefit the entire team.

Candidate Profile

• More than 5 years of experience in social media art direction
• Proficiency with the Adobe Suite; knowledge of motion design is advantageous
• Based in Berlin or working remotely within Germany
• Professional and respectful behavior
• Strong motivation and drive (beyond simple cravings!)
• Accountable for your work and proactive in offering solutions to challenges
• An ability to both provide and receive constructive feedback professionally
