Role Overview
The company is hiring Senior Art Directors and Art Directors with strong hands-on experience in video editing, Adobe After Effects animation for social media, branding, digital work, and social media creatives. What You Will Do
- Turn creative briefs into a clear understanding of the brief, the objective, and the work needed.
- Develop fresh concepts and visual ideas for branding, websites, social media, and other digital campaigns.
- Present concepts and creative directions to internal teams and clients.
- Study the client’s products or services, intended audience, and competitor activity.
- Create the overall visual style and tone for campaigns and related deliverables.
- Maintain the quality of the creative output from concept through final delivery.
- Refine and adjust ideas based on feedback.
- Guide campaigns through production until completion.
- Handle multiple campaigns at once, including fast-moving work with tight deadlines.
- Coordinate with vendors whenever required.
- Stay updated on culture, trends, and new digital technologies.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate has 1 to 3 years of professional experience, along with a strong portfolio that demonstrates creative thinking and execution in video editing, social media animation, branding, website/UI-UX work, and digital design.
Tools and Creative Strengths
Proficiency is expected in Adobe Creative Suite, especially video editing tools, Adobe After Effects for social media animation, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Illustration and photography skills will be an added advantage.
