  • Implement actions arising from customer feedback surveys and NPS insights in consultation with the regional manager.
  • Introduce approved offers and solutions that support sales growth while also improving cost efficiency and profitability.
  • Act as an escalation point for customer concerns, especially for important relationships, and help resolve grievances.

Operational effectiveness

  • Promote efficient processes across the full customer lifecycle, from sourcing and approval through servicing and collections.
  • Oversee local distribution across channels and work with senior partners and stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Improve turnaround times and process efficiency by coordinating with Risk, Operations, and Sales Governance teams.
  • Support high performance through business tracking, client engagement, productivity monitoring, and hands-on guidance.
  • Implement better practices and streamlined workflows to strengthen productivity and overall business impact.

Cross-selling across ABC products

  • Execute team activities and initiatives aligned to the cross-sell strategy agreed with the regional manager.
  • Support adoption of the cross-selling plan through communication, training, and ongoing guidance for team members.

  • Recommend team members for technical and behavioral learning programs and continue personal development efforts as well.
  • Coordinate proactively with internal stakeholders to ensure cross-functional alignment and smooth execution of business goals.

Portfolio and risk management

  • Work with Risk, Operations, and Sales Governance teams to follow risk controls and compliance mechanisms.
  • Support credit approval activities by reviewing loan sanctioning, disbursement documentation, and related controls.
  • Analyze branch and city MIS along with data analytics reports to assess financial risk.
  • Maintain compliant sales operations and strong risk practices, including timely closure of PDD items and collections follow-up.
  • Review account performance for institutional relationships, coordinate with Risk teams, and guide the team on delinquency matters.
