Senior Architect - Residential/Commercial Mixed-Use Projects

Role Overview

We seek a seasoned Senior Architect to spearhead design development and oversee multidisciplinary coordination for expansive residential and commercial mixed-use developments. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for large-scale residential and commercial mixed-use projects.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth project delivery.
• Review project documents for precision, quality, and integrated coordination.
• Ensure prompt release of drawings and deliverables according to project timelines.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)

Experience

Minimum 10 to 15 years of significant experience in architectural design and project coordination, preferably with exposure to large-scale residential and commercial mixed-use projects.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD at an advanced level.
• Working knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office, and Revit.
