- Work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders in an engaged and collaborative way.
- Track and interpret trends in cash use, circulation, and demand.
- Support work that improves the cash system’s efficiency, resilience, and long-term sustainability.
- Strengthen your own capability and contribute to outcomes that align with the team’s policy objectives.
- Prepare advice for policy makers and present information to internal working groups, steering groups, advisory groups, and the payments and currencies committee.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships, especially with external stakeholders. Experience using data to identify patterns and support decisions will also be important. Background knowledge of cash operations, banking, currency management, logistics, supply chain management, or central banking would be beneficial.
