Senior Analyst - Investment Team

About the Role

We are looking to hire a Senior Analyst to join an established real estate investment and development firm headquartered in Atlanta, GA. This full-time, onsite position offers a chance to work with a dedicated and energetic team, utilizing your expertise in commercial real estate finance and investment analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update comprehensive financial models supporting acquisitions and development projects
• Assist with underwriting processes, conduct due diligence, and contribute to transaction executions
• Perform detailed market research and evaluate potential investment opportunities
• Prepare presentations and supporting documents for investment committee reviews
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners during all phases of the investment process
• Analyze leases, review tenant credit standings, and assess operational metrics

Qualifications

• Possess 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate, finance, or investment banking
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Argus Enterprise software
• Strong understanding of financial concepts such as discounted cash flow (DCF), net present value (NPV), and cash flow analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
• Excellent analytical abilities paired with strong communication skills
• Capability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-moving, team-oriented environment
