Responsibilities include managing application workflows, helping with document processing, liaising with partner institutions, and tracking deadlines to ensure timely submissions. The role also demands addressing inquiries, conducting virtual counseling sessions, providing follow-up support, and maintaining precise records within CRM or admissions platforms. Cooperation with internal teams and active participation in outreach and enrollment initiatives while adhering to ethical counseling standards is essential.

- Proven sales competence to effectively convert inquiries into enrollments while preserving ethical counseling standards.
- Background knowledge or experience in education, especially international education, counseling, or admissions.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, international relations, business, or a related area; advanced qualifications are advantageous.
- Experience in study abroad counseling, university admissions, or immigration consultancy, preferably in senior or leadership roles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, familiarity with CRM tools, virtual meeting software, and basic office applications.
- Ability to operate independently in a remote setup, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and adapt across cultural and academic diversities.
- Understanding of key study destinations such as Canada, UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe, including their admission and visa protocols.
