About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Administrator specializing in FM Soft Services for a 12-month contract position. The role involves overseeing the quality, compliance, and delivery of soft facilities management services across various sites. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional passionate about maintaining high standards in facility services and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that cleaning schedules, landscaping cycles, and routine services are strictly followed.
- Perform regular checks on common areas, restrooms, pantries, grounds, and waste disposal operations.
- Validate the quality of services provided against set benchmarks and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor and track the performance of vendors, including staff allocation, attendance, and service execution.
- Identify persistent service problems and propose effective solutions.
- Maintain high standards of workplace experience concerning cleanliness, comfort, and overall presentation.
- Keep accurate records of inspections, service deficiencies, and compile weekly performance reports.
- Liaise with external service providers and internal teams to guarantee smooth service delivery.
Requirements
- Possession of a Diploma or a relevant professional certification.
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in Facilities Management, with a specific focus on Soft Services.
- Solid knowledge of cleaning operations, landscape upkeep, waste management, and general workplace services.
- Proven experience in managing contracts for cleaning and landscaping services.
- Familiarity with Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong inspection abilities, and proficiency in vendor management.
- Excellent communication and reporting capabilities.
Additional Information
This is a contract role for 12 months. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
