Job Overview
The Senior Administration Executive for Facility Management will lead the daily operations related to housekeeping, canteen, and kitchen activities. This role demands managing outsourced service providers, upholding hygiene and food safety, optimizing costs, and ensuring compliance with company and legal standards while promoting employee satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee housekeeping services in offices, warehouses, production units, and shared spaces, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and address service deficiencies promptly.
- Manage housekeeping personnel attendance, deployment, productivity, and service quality.
- Ensure availability and timely replenishment of housekeeping supplies.
- Supervise daily canteen and kitchen operations, coordinating with vendors to guarantee timely meal preparation and service aligning with FSSAI and organizational guidelines.
- Monitor food quality, menu planning, portion control, and gather employee feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen, dining, and food storage areas.
- Oversee inventory management for kitchen supplies, utensils, and consumables.
- Manage vendor performance, contracts, quotations, invoice verification, and payments for housekeeping and catering services.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, food safety, pest control, health, and workplace safety regulations.
- Maintain documentation for inspections, compliance, vendor agreements, and statutory records.
- Control budget and expenditures for housekeeping and canteen, minimizing waste and optimizing stock levels.
- Address employee concerns related to facility services and collaborate with vendors to enhance service quality.
- Coordinate housekeeping and catering arrangements for company events.
- Prepare reports on operations, audits, cost management, and service KPIs, recommending improvements.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel or Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 to 8 years in housekeeping, hospitality, facility or canteen management, preferably with experience handling outsourced vendor operations.
- Skills: Strong grasp of housekeeping processes and hygiene; sound knowledge of food safety and kitchen operational standards; adept at vendor coordination and contract management; organized problem-solver with effective communication abilities; proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
