Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Executive with 2-6 years of experience to manage customer collections, receivables accounting, reconciliation, and billing. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and be adept at using ERP systems and MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire Accounts Receivable (AR) function, including proactive customer collections.
- Create and meticulously track invoices, record incoming payments, and generate reports on outstanding customer balances.
- Conduct thorough reconciliations of customer accounts and perform detailed ledger scrutiny to ensure accuracy.
- Develop and analyze aging reports to monitor and manage overdue receivables effectively.
- Ensure all accounting entries related to AR are precise and properly documented.
- Support month-end closing procedures and contribute to Management Information System (MIS) reporting.
