Senior Accounts Officer

Role Overview

The company seeks experienced Senior Accountants or Managers with strong expertise in financial accounting and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will have between five to ten years of practical experience, particularly with Tally Prime software and handling various financial and regulatory functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and finalizing accounts accurately using Tally Prime.
• Preparing and filing statutory returns related to Income Tax, GST, and TDS.
• Handling ROC/MCA related filings with required compliance.
• Generating management MIS reports to aid business decision-making.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory regulations.
• Supporting Resolution Professional activities and assisting in matters related to the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).

Candidate Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience of 5 to 10 years in accounting and finance roles.
• Proficient in Tally Prime and familiar with end-to-end accounts finalization processes.
• Knowledge of Income Tax, GST, TDS filing, and ROC/MCA procedures.
• Ability to prepare and analyze MIS reports.
• Understanding of statutory compliance requirements and NCLT processes.
