Overview
NBE Motors Pvt. Ltd., located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, is seeking a meticulous and experienced Senior Accountant. This role involves overseeing the organization’s financial record-keeping, reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and budget management. The position requires proficiency in GST, TDS, Income Tax, ERP software, and financial reporting techniques.
Key Duties
- Maintain daily accounting operations and ensure precise bookkeeping.
- Compile and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements along with vendor and customer accounts.
- Timely submission of statutory returns including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, and ESIC.
- Audit purchase and sales invoices, journal entries, and payment vouchers rigorously.
- Manage accounts receivable/payable, cash flows, and working capital effectively.
- Generate budgets, financial forecasts, MIS reports, and perform financial analysis for leadership.
- Collaborate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Support the ERP software implementation and refine accounting procedures.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory laws.
Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate educational qualification.
- Basic proficiency in English.
- At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
- Age criteria: 25 to 45 years.
- Female candidates preferred.
Required Skills
- Accounts receivable and payable management.
